Creating a Storyboard Using AI

Setting Up the Storyboard:

1. In the left-side menu, navigate to the Dashboard.
2. Select the first option (Create a concept and script using our AI).
3. In the drawer, provide the storyboard title.
4. Click Submit to create the storyboard.
5. You will be directed to the Project Brief tab, where you can define the aspect ratio, video duration, video type, video style, and language from the drop-down lists.
6. Enter the project brief.
7. Designate team members who can download and make changes to the storyboard. Unassigned teammates can only view the storyboard.
8. Click Save to apply changes.
9. To use AI to generate the concept, click Generate AI Concept.
10. You will be taken to the Concept tab.
11. The page refreshes every 20 seconds to check for updates, or you can manually refresh using the dedicated reload button.
12. When the concept is ready, you’ll receive an email notification.
13. If the generated concept does not meet your satisfaction, you can generate a new one.
14. Click Concept and select Generate AI Concept.
15. Tick the box and click Proceed to acknowledge the frame overwrite warning.

Updating the Scenes and Shots:

1. You can update the concept and script as desired.
2. To add a shot, enter the title and description in the blank textbox.
3. Then click the + button at the end of the row.
4. To add another scene, click the + button at the middle of the page.
5. Enter the scene title in the modal and click Create.
6. Repeat the process to create shots under the new scene.
7. To edit a scene or shot title/description, click on them and make the changes.
8. Rearrange scenes by dragging them to desired positions.
9. Similarly, rearrange shots within scenes or to other scenes.
10. To delete a scene or shot, click the corresponding trash bin icon and confirm with Delete.

Editing the Shot Details:

1. To modify the shot details, click the edit icon.
2. You will be directed to the edit scene view.
3. In the Details tab, update the fields as desired.
4. Click Save to apply the changes.
5. Use these navigation buttons to proceed to other shots.
6. Add new scenes directly from the edit scene view.
7. You can rearrange a shot by selecting the desired position in the drop-down lists.

Once you are satisfied with the concept and script, return to the Concept tab, and click Next Step: Images, to proceed with generating the images.
