Creating Characters for Your Storyboard

1. In the left-side menu, navigate to Characters.
2. Click on New Character.
3. Choose between two character types: Premium and Standard.
4. Let’s look at Premium character first. Premium character is created using a more advanced technology; hence, the generated result is high-quality and more accurate than standard. These characters are made using premium credits. Each generated character and subsequent edit consume 1 premium credit.
5. Provide a name for the character.
6. Choose the gender, age group, and ethnicity from the drop-down lists.
7. Describe the hair, facial features, and clothing in their respective fields.
8. Click Generate to create the character.
9. If not satisfied, you can generate a new one.
10. Make the changes as needed, and click Generate.
11. If satisfied with the result, click Create to save the character.
12. Let’s now look at Standard character. Click on New Character.
13. Select Standard in the character type field. These characters are made using standard credits. Each generated character and subsequent edit consume 1 standard credit.
14. Provide the name for the character.
15. Select the gender from the drop-down list.
16. For Reference Character, you can enter the name of a celebrity, or well-known public figure to use as a visual reference for the character.
17. Describe the hair, facial features, and clothing in their respective fields.
18. Click Generate to create the character.
19. If not satisfied, you can generate a new one.
20. Make the changes as needed, and click Generate.
21. If satisfied with the result, click Create to save the character.
22. To differentiate between premium and standard characters, premium characters are identified by a crown icon, whereas standard characters lack this marking.
