Deactivating and Reactivating a Storyboard

If you’re looking for a delete option, please note that the platform does not support deleting storyboards. However, you can deactivate them.

To deactivate a storyboard:

• Navigate to the left-side menu and choose Storyboards.
• Locate and open the storyboard you want to remove.
• In the Brief tab, scroll down and click Advanced Settings.
• Click on the Deactivate button.
• Confirm the action when prompted.
• The storyboard is now deactivated and no longer visible in the storyboard list.

To reactivate a storyboard:

• Tick the box labeled Show Deactivated Only.
• Find and open the storyboard you want to reactivate.
• In the Brief tab, scroll down and click Advanced Settings.
• Click on the Reactivate button.
• Confirm the action when prompted.
• The storyboard is now reactivated and displayed in the storyboard list again.

Keep in mind that only the team members can deactivate and reactivate a storyboard.
