How to Cancel your Subscription

1. Navigating to Subscription Settings

• In the left-side menu, navigate to Subscription.
• Choose Subscriptions.
• Your active plan details are displayed on the page.

2. Initiating the Cancellation

• Click Cancel Subscription.
• A modal will appear, reminding you about the impact on your access, data, and remaining credits.
• If you wish to keep your subscription, click Never Mind.
• Otherwise, click Cancel Anyway.

3. Providing Feedback

• An exit survey form will appear.
• Toggle the reasons for canceling your subscription.
• Additionally, provide feedback in the text box.

4. Confirming the Cancellation

• Click Cancel My Subscription to confirm.
• Another modal will indicate the date your subscription will end.
• Your plan status will be updated to Cancelled.
