How to Cancel your Subscription

  1. In the left-side menu, navigate to Subscriptions.
  2. In the Subscriptions section, locate your active plan from the list.
  3. Under the Actions column, click Cancel.
  4. A modal will appear, reminding you about the impact on your access, data, and remaining premium credits.
  5. If you wish to keep your subscription, click Never Mind.
  6. Otherwise, click Cancel Anyway.
  7. An exit survey form will appear.
  8. Toggle the reasons for canceling your subscription.
  9. Additionally, provide feedback in the text box.
  10. Click Cancel My Subscription to confirm.
  11. Another modal will indicate the date your subscription will end.
  12. Your plan status will be updated to Cancelled.
