How to Export a Storyboard in PDF Format

- Navigating to Export:
– In the left-side menu, navigate to Storyboards.
– Find and open the storyboard you wish to export.
– Go to the Storyboard tab.
– Click Export and choose Export Storyboard as PDF.
- Selecting Shots for Export:
– A modal will appear, allowing you to select the range of shots to download:
– For storyboards with 50 or fewer shots, select All.
– For larger storyboards, shots are grouped in increments of 50 (e.g., 1-50, 51-100).
- Including Supplementary Pages:
– The modal also offers options to include supplementary pages:
– Selecting All shots will automatically include these supplementary pages.
– Choosing the first 50 shots will include the cover page by default.
– Selecting the last shot range will include the script overview, storyboard overview, and company page by default.
– You can manually select or deselect any supplementary pages by checking the relevant boxes.
- Finalizing the Export:
– After finalizing your selections, click Export.
– You will receive an email notification once the file is ready.
– The exported file will also be available in the Exports tab under the PDF section.
- Managing Export History:
– Each export is saved here, creating a history of generated PDFs.
– The Shots column shows the portion of the storyboard included in each file.
– Click Download to open the file and save a copy to your computer.
- Additional Export Access:
– You can also click the download icon on the storyboard tile, which redirects to the Exports tab.
– If the storyboard hasn’t been exported yet, you’ll be prompted to do so.
– Note that only team members can export storyboards; non-team members do not have access to the export buttons.
