Setting the Language for Your Storyboard
- Updated on August 2024
- The language field is relevant when using AI to generate concepts or when uploading a screenplay PDF.
- It does not apply to CSV file uploads; the script will remain in its original language regardless of the language selected in the selector.
- In the Brief tab, locate the language selector and select your preferred language from the list.
- The default language is English, but you can choose another language if needed.
- Ensure you click Save to apply the changes.
- When creating a new storyboard, the language field is one of the options in the setup drawer.
- For AI-generated concepts, you can write the brief in one language and select a different language in the selector.
- The same applies when uploading a screenplay PDF file—the file can be in one language, and you can choose a different language in the selector.
- While you can change the language in the selector at any time, please note that any existing concept will not automatically update to the new language.
- To match the new language, you’ll need to regenerate the concept.
