Sharing and Commenting on Storyboards

After adding images to your storyboard, you can share it online and receive feedback from other users

To share your storyboard:

1. Click the Share button beside the Export button
2. Copy the storyboard’s link
3. Optionally, set a password and enter it following the password requirements
4. Click Save

You can also share from the storyboard tile

Note that only the owner and team members can do this

To access the storyboard:

1. Paste the link in your browser’s address bar
2. If a password is set, enter it before gaining access
3. Once inside, you’ll see all the storyboard scenes

To add a comment:

1. Click on an image
2. You’ll be redirected to the Details tab
3. Proceed to the Comments tab
4. Enter your name (unless you’re already logged in the platform)
5. Key in your comment
6. Click Post to save and display the comment on the sidebar

You can sort comments from oldest to latest and vice versa

Use the right or left angle brackets to navigate between scenes, or close the page and directly access the desired scene

The comment counter indicates the number of comments a scene has received and it updates in real-time when new comments are added
