Sharing Your Storyboard

• You can share your storyboard online and receive feedback from other users.
• To share your storyboard:
  • Click the share icon at the top right corner of your storyboard.
  • Copy the storyboard’s link.
  • Optionally, set a password by following the password requirements.
  • Click Save.
• You can also share the storyboard directly from the storyboard tile.
• Note that only team members can share a storyboard.

Accessing the Storyboard

• To access the storyboard:
  • Paste the link into your browser’s address bar.
  • If a password is set, enter it to gain access.
• Once inside, you’ll see all the storyboard shots.
• You can also access your storyboard on a mobile device.

Adding Comments

• To add a comment:
  • Click on an image or image placeholder.
  • You’ll be redirected to the Details tab.
  • Proceed to the Comments tab.
  • Enter your name (unless you’re already logged in to the platform).
  • Type your comment.
  • Click Post to save and display the comment on the sidebar.
• You can sort comments by oldest to newest or vice versa.
• In vignette view, the number of comments a shot has received is displayed.
• The total number of comments on a storyboard is also shown on the storyboard tiles and updates in real-time when new comments are added.

Important Note

• Keep in mind that changing an image will remove any associated comments.
