Subscription Management
- In the left-side menu, navigate to Company Settings
- Choose Subscriptions
- To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, select Upgrade or Downgrade
- You will be redirected to the pricing plans page
- Select a desired plan by clicking on Select Plan
- Provide your credit card details
- Proceed to Checkout
- Your previous subscription has been successfully cancelled and a new subscription has been created
- To cancel your subscription, click on Cancel
- A pop-up message will appear, reminding you about the impact on your access, data and remaining premium credits
- If you wish to keep your subscription, click Never Mind
- Otherwise, click on Cancel My Subscription
- Another pop-up message will display the date your subscription will end
