Subscription Management

  1. In the left-side menu, navigate to Company Settings
  2. Choose Subscriptions
  3. To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, select Upgrade or Downgrade
  4. You will be redirected to the pricing plans page
  5. Select a desired plan by clicking on Select Plan
  6. Provide your credit card details
  7. Proceed to Checkout
  8. Your previous subscription has been successfully cancelled and a new subscription has been created
  9. To cancel your subscription, click on Cancel
  10. A pop-up message will appear, reminding you about the impact on your access, data and remaining premium credits
  11. If you wish to keep your subscription, click Never Mind
  12. Otherwise, click on Cancel My Subscription
  13. Another pop-up message will display the date your subscription will end
